I have a question for the folks reading this site who may work at a wireless carrier's phone store: Do you guys get any training on the higher-end phones you receive?

A Message from Your Moderator
"I think the Connection is unique: It's all about bringing together Microsoft's mobility experts—the technical people, writers, and marketing folks—with the real people behind the retail counters, on the phone, or in the field—in other words, you, the people who sell and support mobile phones, particularly Windows Mobile phones. We just didn't see anywhere on the Web that was specifically built with you in mind, to help mobile-industry professionals connect with each other, ask questions, find answers, and talk openly about what matters to them—technology, selling, customers, and the like. So: Here you go. Welcome, and stay connected!"  Bill Fisher
